Charlotte Glinka is a partner at Keches Law Group, P.C. and one of the senior litigators in the firm's Personal Injury department, which has developed a reputation for success throughout the state. Ms. Glinka handles all aspects of plaintiffs' personal injury litigation and trial work in the state and federal courts, including Construction Site Accidents, Products Liability, Premises Liability, Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Negligence, and a wide range of general liability cases. She also handles cases involving employment discrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful termination. A number of Ms. Glinka's successful cases have been reported in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly and other noted legal publications. She is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, where she is on the Board of Governors and holds several committee positions. Ms. Glinka participates in educational programs and seminars throughout the state for lawyers, law students and the public. Ms. Glinka has received the distinction of being named by Boston Magazine as one of the state's Super Lawyers in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009.

Ms. Glinka was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 1991. She is a graduate of Rutgers University and the Suffolk University Law School, where she was editor-in-chief of the Suffolk Transnational Law review, winner of the 1st and 2nd year Moot Court competitions and the 3rd year Mock Trial competition, and a recipient of the Harold B. Goodwin, Jr. scholarship award for trial advocacy.
