Candida Marin
Candida Marin joined Keches Law Group, P.C. as an attorney in the firm’s Employment Law department in March, 2011. Before that, Ms. Marin worked in the firm’s Personal Injury department as a law clerk. Recognizing her hard work and diligence, along with her commitment to helping others, the firm extended an invitation to her to join the firm.
Born in South Texas, Ms. Marin received her bachelor’s degree from Texas State University and earned her law degree from Southern New England School of Law in 2010. While in law school, Ms. Marin volunteered her time interning at various non-profit organizations that serve the local community in providing legal assistance and representation to low income, disabled, and elderly individuals. In addition, Ms. Marin participated in her law school’s Legal Services Clinic where she assisted low income women, who were victims of domestic violence, reclaim their independence by representing them in divorce proceedings. Ms. Marin was also a member of her law school’s Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity.
Ms. Marin is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Connecticut and is a member of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Connecticut Bar Association, Plymouth District Bar Association, and Massachusetts Employment Lawyers Association.
